Plamondon Enterprises, Inc. recently announced the promotion of three General Managers at their Frederick-area locations:  Maria Henriquez, Ballenger Creek; Tony Wisner, Eastgate, and Rachel Jaax, Brunswick.  Ms. Henriquez began working for the Company as an hourly associate in 1999 and progressed to the rank of Assistant Manager prior to her recent promotion.  Likewise, Mr. Wisner, a Frederick native, started his Roy Rogers career as an hourly associate in 1996 before entering the management ranks. Ms. Jaax, a relative newcomer to the Company, joined in 2003.   Plamondon Enterprises, Inc. has a solid track record of promotion from within the organization and these individuals speak to that rich tradition. 

The Frederick-based Plamondon Companies is the franchisor for Roy Rogers Restaurants and operates 15 corporate restaurants and 39 franchise locations in the mid-Atlantic region.  Additionally, the Company owns a Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott.
