FREDERICK, Maryland, November 10, 2006—RoyRogersRestaurantsannounced today the return of its Western Beef & Ham Sandwich as a limited time only promotion through the end of December.  This hearty sandwich consists of 3 ¼ oz. of Roy’s USDA Choice Roast Beef, 2 ½ oz. of Hormel® Cure 81® Ham, a slice of pepper jack cheese and mayonnaise on a corn duster Kaiser Roll.  Roy Rogers will promote this sandwich in conjunction with a current menu item, the Double R Bar Burger.  The Double R consists of a ¼ lb. hamburger topped with Hormel Ham and American Cheese. 

The Double R Bar Burger sells for $3.29.  The hearty Western Beef & Ham Sandwich will sell for $4.69.  The Double R Bar Burger combo, which includes a regular side dish and regular drink, is $5.39.  The Western Beef & Ham combo is $6.69.  The Western Beef & Ham and Double R Bar Burger promotion will run in 20 restaurants throughout Marylandand Virginia, with radio advertising and local store marketing support.
