How does the app work?
The app makes it easy and convenient for you to both earn and redeem rewards directly from your favorite Roy Rogers location. Want more information on the closest Roy Rogers? Use our locations search bar where you can click to call or navigate to a map for each location!
How do I get rewards?
Start by tapping the "Earn Rewards" button on the home page, and show your QR code to the cashier at the register during each visit. For every visit, you will receive 1 point for every $1 spent. Your earned points can be used to redeem a variety of your menu favorites including:
- Redeem 50 points for one (1) Dessert or Breakfast Sandwich or Platter Combo *
- Redeem 100 points for one (1) Regular Combo Meal **
- Redeem 200 points for one (1) 8 piece Family Meal
- Does not apply to milkshakes
- Does not apply to large or double sandwiches, large sides or large drinks
- Does not apply to limited-time offers
How do I get referral points/rewards?
Referral points are awarded once the person you referred has downloaded Roy's Rewards app, registered an account using your referral code and earned points using the app. To "Refer A Friend", click on the button from the home page to share a referral code via Twitter, text or email. For each referred friend who downloads the app and registers for Roy's Rewards, you will receive 20 Roy's Rewards points.
How do I know how many rewards/points I have?
Tap the "My Rewards" button on the app's home page. There you can track how many points you have and how far you are from earning your next reward. To see your history, select the "View Activity" button for more information.
How do I know what my rewards are?
When tapping on the "My Rewards" button on the home page, you will be redirected to the Rewards page. From here you will be able to see how many points you have accumulated to earn your next reward. Any unused rewards you click on but don't redeem will also be queued in the Rewards Bank section.
How do I redeem my rewards/points?
Tap on the Rewards tab, then tap on the reward that you want to redeem. When you have enough points to redeem a reward, the reward will appear to have a red color. You can tap this to redeem at the register prior to placing your order. To do this, show the QR code to the cashier at the time of order. Your balance will be adjusted once your reward has been applied to the check and then you can complete payment.
I'm having problems with my app. What should I do?
Select the Menu bar and tap "Contact Us". Then tap the "Technical Support" button to send an email regarding any technical issues with the use of this app on your phone. Your email will be sent directly to our technical support team.
I visited a restaurant and placed an order, but didn't earn points. What should I do?
We apologize for this inconvenience. However, we can help you with this issue. Please select the Menu bar and tap "Contact Us". Then tap the "Technical Support" button to send an email to tell us about the technical issue that occurred and be sure to include the following information in your email – your name, your email address, store location/address, date and approximate time of issue, and a copy/scan of your receipt. Upon receipt of email, we'll review and manually add the points earned for your order. Please allow 5 business days for this issue to be addressed.
I'm at a restaurant and want to use my Roy's Rewards app and/or redeem a reward, but the restaurant's POS is not working. What should I do?
We apologize for this inconvenience. However, we can help you with this issue. Please select the Menu bar and tap "Contact Us". Then tap the "Other Questions" button to either select the hyperlinked email address (or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org) to tell us about the issue that occurred and be sure to include the following information in your email – your name, your email address, store location/address, date and approximate time of issue, and a copy/scan of your receipt (if available). Upon receipt of email, we'll review and manually add the points earned for your order. Please allow 5 business days for this issue to be addressed.
I visited a restaurant and wanted to use my Roy's Rewards app or redeem a reward, but the restaurant will not accept it. What should I do?
Roy's Rewards is available only at participating locations. To find a participating location near you, please select the "Locations" button accessible on the home screen of this app.
Can I redeem my earned reward with another promotional offer?
You can only redeem one reward or other discount offer per visit. You are not permitted to use multiple offers or discounts per visit/order.
Can I earn points when redeeming a reward or with another promotional offer?
You are not permitted to earn points when redeeming a reward, coupon, discount or another promotional offer per visit. You can only earn points on dollars spent during your visit that does not include the redemption of a coupon, discount or reward for the entire transaction.
Can I earn points when I purchase Cowboy Cash (gift card)?
Unfortunately, you can't earn Roy's Rewards points when purchasing Cowboy Cash. However, if you pay for your food order using Cowboy Cash, you can earn Rewards points for your order.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
You can find the "Forgot Password?" prompt on the initial Sign Up/Log In page as well as the individual Log In page itself. Once you get to the Forgot Password screen, enter your email address and submit it. You will receive an email with a temporary password to log in. From there, you can reset your personalized password.
How can I find a Roy Rogers restaurant near me?
Tap on the Locations tab and, when prompted, permit access to your location information or use the search bar and enter City, State, or Zip Code to display the stores closest to you.
How do I view location hours?
Tap on the "Locations" tab, accessible from the home screen of this app.
How do I use my promo code?
Promotions can be redeemed by entering the promo code that you receive via push notification, text or email. Go to the side bar navigation and select "Promo Codes" to enter your code.
How can I provide feedback on my experience?
Select the Menu bar and tap "Provide Feedback". From there, you can provide feedback on your visit experience. Your feedback will be communicated directly to the Roy Rogers corporate office.

When I redeem a reward, if I don't use the entire value, will a remaining balance carry over for my next visit?
For earned rewards, you must redeem the entire reward at time of purchase. If your order total is less than the value of the reward, you may either add to your order or forfeit the remaining balance upon redemption.
